Meet the Artist
Tile artist Renee Boniface specializes in custom hand painted tiles and designs, ceramic tile murals, decorative tiles, and tile art painting
Renee started her artistic career as a young girl in the Anchorage schools. Her art teacher saw potential and mentored her as a peer. Renee then delayed her art career to rear her family in Anchorage, breed and show her beloved shelties & collies, tend her own splendid gardens, 
and travel extensively. Once her children finished college, married, and started their own families; Renee was asked if she could custom paint tiles for a friend's new bathroom. One thing lead to another, before long she was hand painting Alaskan wildflowers on glass, tile, ceramic, and even wood. Now her hand painted wildflower tiles bloom in prestigious Anchorage homes, offices, and public places all over the State of Alaska and beyond.
Renee has been painting professionally for homeowners, decorators, and designers as Boniface Studios for over 10 years.
Renee's goal as a decorative tile artist is to provide tile murals, beautiful custom tile painting and designs along with other decorative tile artworks to her customers which is personal and has real meaning to them. She welcomes and asks for their input and opinions so together they can develop artwork that is unique, her customers will be pleased with and will also enhance and bring value to their home or business dé cor.
